The Demon cricket is back!!!!!!!

For four nights now this F-ing cricket has kept me up waaaaaaaaaaaaaay past my bedtime.
I caught him three times and threw him outside...
Here it is a few days l;ater adn CHIRPCHIRPCHIRP

Does anyone know a sure way to get rid of these things and to have them never come back?!?!?!

Yes, kill them!

Otherwise, I have no idea. Well, I think a natural bug detterant is water and garlic. Put a few bulbs in water in a spray bottle....leave it for awhile for the garlic to get into the water..then spray the area.
I know that gets rid of bugs that eat leaves on tomato plants. Don't know about crickets. Sorry!

Oh my, I HATE crickets, when I lived at home years ago, I would literally go outside and shake the bushes to get them to stop! I hate any repetitive sounds like that! KILL IT!!

how about those things you plug into an outlet that send out a sound only bugs and creepy crawlys hear??? we have a couple at home and we haven't had any ants, crickets... it's been great!
if not...then just crush him under a shoe!!

I thought I was the only one kept awake by them. I like to sleep with my windows open sometimes, but not recently. They have been getting louder and louder.

as annoying as they are, crickets in your house are supposed to be good luck.

BUT... i have found the way to get rid of the cricket & keep my good luck....his name is draven & he is my insane bug-eating cat.....I just let him loose & my conscious is clear
