The Estate at East Wind

We booked the Veranda at East Wind last September thinking we wanted this small intimate wedding. As our guest list grew, our wedding became a little larger then expected. We contacted our sales person at the venue and inquired about upgrading to the Estate. We were quoted a price for our June 2016 wedding but I'm concerned it's a little high. Does anyone have any quotes from the Estate at East Wind?
