The Exersaucer as a Stadium Seat!

The Exersaucer as a Stadium Seat!

Funny how this EXERSAUCERS 'LIVES ON' at my house!!

Its one of the FIRST things that babies HATE being in once they begin to crawl. Anything that confines them. Months ago, JA was 'growing out of it' or so I thought, because he would whine 5 minutes after being put in it..
The playpen, forget it. Jail cell. But they do come in handy when mommy needs baby to be safe and make a trip to the potty or something!

Well, we've put John Anthony in it when we let him watch his Baby Einstein DVD's and he loves them SOOO MUCH that he now REQUESTS and kinda WHINES to get into the exersaucer to watch his dvd's!! he shouts MOO-MEE (movie) MOO-MEE MOO-MEE !!!!!! as he hold his hands up to be put in his 'stadium seat' (One day I said 'Are you watching a movie?' and that was it...

He MUST hold the DVD cover as he watches, (giggles and babbles to the characters at the same times every time)

Well Im definately getting my moneys worth out of that thing!

That is soooooo cute!!!! John Anthony is adorable!!!!

I like the idea of a 'stadium seat' -- too bad it's not big enough for us!!!

Not for nothing but I wish they made an adult version of the bouncy seat because that thing looks mighty comfy and I could use it myself to loll myself to sleep as I bounce up and down!!!!!

When can I break out the good ol' Neglecto-Saucer?? (Just kiddin'of course... I just crack up whenever someone calls it that. Actually I don't even have one. I have the Step & Play Piano, which is pretty much the same thing...)

Jenn Ive heard a nickname for the playpen also (and just about anything we keep them in )
Its the cutest thing the first few times you put them in it, when they make this huge racket and deafening noise between all the bouncing, beeping, rolling and whistling things on it..

Jenn we have the step and play piano and we just started putting Damien in it this week. He loves it. I love it because I don't have to get up a million times to makes the lights and music work.

Anna, I love that!! Ryan has always been a HUGE fan of the Exersaucer and as he has started crawling backwards like crazy and throwing himself forwards, I'm semi-dreading the day I can't just leave him in there for a half hour to get something done around here!! JA is getting so big!!

well girls- Julianne is def a crawler..as of the end of nov,.,, but sometimes I still get her to go into the excersaucer. ,..even tho her feet touch the bottom of it..as long as baby Eistein is on..or Noggin.....

and I still use her swing...even though she is now one year old! ( i promise to post pics as soon as hubby shows me how!)

Anna, that is too funny! Wait until JA figures out how to climb up onto your sofa - there'll be NO MORE stadium seat after that!

Mr. Paul is now a refined TV watcher - he must be sitting (or lying comfortably) on the sofa to take in his Blue's Clues, Little Bear or Bob the Builder programs. Hysterical!
