The final meeting with the hall..

Okay, we have our final meeting with NRC on Friday and parents are fighting over who gets to come beacuse I know my mom wants to control everything. (They are sooo annoying)

Anyway - what do you cover at this meeting? I want to make sure I am prepared.

none of our parents are coming to our meeting.

we are meeting on Tuesday with the NRC. I can let you know better then, but I think we are picking out menus, linens, cake etc.

I just had my final meeting with NRC. You will pick out your menu, tables, go over your bill, pick out you linens, and they will give you the charts for table seating purposes. They also give you a folder with instrcutions for final payment and there are other sheets you need to fill out about coming into the reception, your vendors and contact info.

You also can go over any questions you might have.

At this meeting I finally met our Matre D. He was the one to go over everything with me.

ETS - I actually went by myself...my FH could not come because of work. I would go by yourself or FH....it will make it a lot easier.
