I ordered the The FIRM Wave. It arrived today. I plan to start tomorrow. Has anyone used this product? Do you know if it works? Just curious. Thanks.

It is exercise equipment. It comes with half shaped moon that rocks for balance and difficulty. They havea variety of dvds.
