was soooooooooooo good. The French Stuffed chicken and the Rack of Lamb were my favorites but everything else was so good too. The one thing the didn't thrill me was the pork chops so we are going to do the medallions of veal. Now I know which 7 choices I am picking and I'm so happy!

Thats awesome, the SCs food is so amazing! I loved the lamb!!!!!
Question...your making your choices already? Dina and I agreed to wait...at least until 6 months or so before, since the cook may come up with something new. Of course well have a steak option, and veggie etc....but specific choices i'm gonna hold up on.
Also, how many people went with you for the tasting? We went for a mini tasting before we booked, but i would love to bring my parents and so a more formal one...maybe around the time we pick the menu.
