The front storm door of house was broken (I mean mangled).
We drove past the house we are buying (should close by Memorial Day) and saw that the storm door was mangled. I called the RE agent, my thinking was why get the atty's involved if I dont have to and her answer was well, your mtge person is not telling me anything and your atty isnt so I need something good to tell the seller before I tell them about the door. ***, my contract reads we should close on or around 5/15 which legally gives us to 6/15. So I called my atty and mtge person and told them and am letting them handle it. This is a vacant house and the family of the elderly couple has been cleaning it out, so I am sure this is how the door broke. I cant wait to see the inside, I am taking my digital camera with me to the walk thru, and nothing else better be broken.![]()
