the garter

this might be a dumb questions, but does every bride wear a garter whether or not they are doing the garter toss?

I think it depends on the person. I haven't really thought about wearing a garter.

I think a lot of brides wear them even if they arent doing the garter toss, because they can get a blue garter (something blue). I am not doing the toss, and I dont think Im going to wear it just because Im afraid its going to slip down my legs if Im wearing pantyhose.

I am going to wear one, but not do the toss. You can also use a small safety pin to keep it in place if you are worried about it slipping with pantyhose.
