I actually love the grill! Although the only meat that I cook on there are chicken cutlets and hamburgers.
I forgot - I love making hamburgers on them too!

Re: the george foreman grill sucks.
When DH and I first moved in together, I made everything on the George Forman as I did not know how to cook, and you cannot really screw up the GF. The thing sucks all the flavor and juices out of meat, I would serve DH this hockey puck looking chicken cutlet.
To his credit, he would always act like he enjoyed it
I hardly use it now, its great for making fish but the whole thing smells for days, I hate cleaning it after cooking. What a grill pan? I may need one of those
I saw one of those grill parts you put over the burners of the stove, but it was only for gas (mine's electric).

Re: the george foreman grill sucks.
do these drain any of the fat off like the GF? They look heavy...do they cook fast? The one good thing about the GF is that in 5 mins the steak is done LOL.

We have it and we use it all the time. We love it. We also make turkey burgers on there and steaks and grilled cheese. Maybe there is something defective about yours. Can you return it and get an exchange?
