The grocery store is going to be insane tomorrow

We have NO food in the house so we are going to be forced to go shopping tomorrow. It's going to be a madhouse with everyone preparing for the storm!

Dreading it! We went to Blockbuster tonight to rent our 'stuck inside in the blizzard' movies. Can't wait for Little Black Book!

We went too- it was worse than any Sunday afternoon! And naturally, I forgot a couple vital things.

Dh picked up some stuff today at walmart so that was good we have enough food in the house tomorrow he is picking up a snow shovel.

Sold out! How can the grocery store sell out of food!? Hope there will be some left for us tomorrow.

ETA: Did anyone see the grapple at the store--the apple that tastes like a grape?

Oh noooooooooooo..we were supposed to go tonight, but got lazy and didn't..We have NO food, No movies, nothing...We are soooo screwed!!!

I also stopped for some cold cuts, bread and milk on the way home (we have tons of other food in the freezer) and it was INSANE!

I stopped in today to pick up a couple of things and it was packed! Unfortunately I think I'll have to go back tomorrow. I didn't think of it today, but we always have a bunch of our friends stay over when it snows and I didn't get any food or beer for that yet.

Actually, the meat case at our supermarket was almost totally devoid of chicken cutlets- we got one of the last 4-5 packages.

I just came back from Walmart to get milk, the meat cases were completely empty, beef, chicken you name it... gone.

I could see a run on things like milk, bread, eggs, water... but steaks? LOL

And the pickin's at Blockbuster were pretty slim too.

We stopped tonight the grocery store and Blockbuster. The milk was wiped out!! We still have milk because I am the only one who drinks it.

But I couldn't believe there was no more milk.

I don't know, but I am going to have to tell Phil you think that. He drinks soy.
