the hempstead house????

A few weeks ago a bride posted pictures of the *hempstead house and I fell in LOVE!
(can you please re-post them so I can show FH??)

I was watching 'my fair wedding' last night and he moved a brides wedding from westbury manor to the *hempstead house and I was so JEALOUS!
(ps- loved her original dress, any idea on maker?)

I really want to do pictures there, does anyone know what their fee is? Can we take pictures inside and out?

It's called the Hempstead House and yes you can take pics there. I don't know the fees though.

If it's from the Disney Princess line, was it one of these? I took photos when I saw them at Disney last September. I know there are more than these three though.

here is what they told me

$500 3hours - castle(indoor), beach and pool
$350 2 hours - castle(indoor) and beach
$200 1 hour - castle

not sure when they get paid but they did say if it rains and you cant take pics outdoors they will not charge you.

Just a head's up to any bride taking pictures here or planning to... FH and I went the other day to visit this location as a potential picture spot. There is geese sh!t EVERYWHERE... you can't get away from it. Also, we were there on a Sunday and there were 5 different bride/groom couples taking pictures. Just a head's up for any of you taking pictures there, to be aware of these two things!

When we were there, there was someone getting married at the House so the ceremony grounds were set up and there were trucks loading things into the castle for the reception (I assume?) so that is also something you need to check out... make sure the castle isn't booked for a wedding on your wedding date because then you may not be able to take pictures inside.
I didn't go inside the house, so I don't know who was taking pictures inside. HTH.

Our hall doesn't have too many places to do pictures, so we're hoping to go somewhere else.
