I sent out my invites right before people were evacuated in FL! Several people in FH's family were evacuated, and still don't have phones and haven't returned to their homes. I am worried the invites will never get there!
I would guess that mail is backed up there and they should still get the invite. Worse case scenario, you will have to resend them. I would call those people, when their phones are back, and let them know to look out for the invite and if they don't recieve it in another week that you would be happy to send another one.
