The INN

My fiancee and I went to The Inn at New Hyde Park last to take a tour of the facilities and we were blown away! Amazing! I would love to have our wedding there but we could not make the min for a Saturday evening, but they can def accomodate us for a Saturday afternoon which I am okay with, however even during the afternoon they are a little pricey.

Just wanted any feedback about The Inn, before we decide what to do. I love that they have one wedding at a time and everything is so new and beauitful.

Any help you can provide would be great, thanks!!

Sorry, I dont have any feedback on the INN. But, my FH and I had to do the same thing about Saturday. So many of the places we called said you had to gaurentee a min. of 200 at night and we knew we would not make that. So, we decided Saturday during the day at Jericho Terrace and got a great deal.

I went to a wedding there last year and it was beautiful. Nothing bad to say

Have you considered a Friday night wedding? It's usually less $ per head.

I had the same problem as you I went to look at it and I didnt have enough people for a Saterday night and I didnt want an afternoon. I felt like they were not easy to negociate with in price and I kind of got turned off that they didnt even want to help me after they found out i didnt have enough people. Im inviting 250 I was like how many people do you have to invite for them to consider you I didnt think the place was worth the money.

i got married 56 days ago and had my reception at the INN @ NHP.

they are very pricey and the minimums are high. this led to us having a Thursday wedding.

we have received phone calls and emails from people describing out wedding as:

OPULENT

LUXURIOUS

CLASSY

also, 'it felt like a celebrity wedding'

they were a wonderful vendor. please feel free to FM me with any specific questions! GL!
