so I hear it's one wedding at a time and I was just wondering how expensive this place was and if they require a minimum of ppl to book the place... if you have met with them pls dont forget to include their prices for 2009/2010 TIA

They are pretty pricey. I have prices for Nov of 2010...they include tax and gratuity
Friday night - $170 Satruday Night - $208
That is the basic package...no add ons or vienese hr
BUT...the place is absolutely beautiful!! One of the best places on LI.

my sister is getting married there next year on a saturDAY. the price isnt too bad for the afternoon. maybe you should try that? its a beautiful place!

my sister is getting married there on a friday night in dec... its not AS bad as the prices above but still pretty pricey to what other halls wouuld charge you. But then again its a really nice place.

I'm getting married there in 2 weeks, on a friday night. I booked last minute (3 months in advance), i have 100 person min and im not paying anything close to what is stated above.

I think their prices are higher for 2010 because all the construction is almost over. I believe everything will be finished by their November 12th showcase. If you booked with them while the were doing construction, you were able to negotiate with them. Also- if you can guarantee a higher number than what they ask for, you can probably negotiate with them.

I was told the B&B would be finished by November 1st and the Upper Cocktail room would be finished by the showcase. I was told this information about 2 weeks ago when I was there. But you know construction work always takes longer than expected.
Im sure everything will be done by the time we all get married.

i just want to see the B & B so we can confirm that we are staying there the night of the wedding.
the FH wont commit without seeing it.
the hotel and limo arrangements are kind of on hold till we figure the B&B stuff out so i'm getting pretty anxious to see it.
