SOOO I havent been on in a while since FH and I have been soo busy with school, work and RH hunting!
We looked at a couple places which were nice but did more then 1 wedding at a time, which was just not our thing... SO then we went to The Inn at New Hyde Park on Friday night and absolutly fell in loveee!!!! Everything there is soo gorgeous and unique I just couldnt beleive it! We are still negotiating pricing but are sure we are going to book there..feels so good to finally be moving towards where we want to be.. but it is so crazy that im planning my wedding all the while!!! AHHHH!!! Sorry for the drawn out post just so excited I had to share!!! Any other Inn at New Hyde Park ladies out theree or anyone have any info on the place?? TIA !

My sisters wedding was there and it was WONDERFUL! Food was amazing, service was great and everything was really beautiful!!! You will be very happy! Congrats :)

We're booked there for February 2011. I absolutely loveeee it there. I fell in love the second I walked in!! I have heard nothing but wonderful things about the food there and everyone I know that has gone to a wedding there raves about the cocktail hour room and food.

I went to a wedding there in september... The cocktail hour was sooo good! gorgeous brick room. Amazing vienese at the end as well.. Good pick!

I just booked them last weekend. I was a bit annoyed because the room we're using was hosting some fundraiser so I was only able to peek in. I am overall very happy with how beautiful it is. The staff is super friendly. The bridal suite is amazing!
I also didn't like that I made an appointment with Kathy then when I got there I was greeted by Barbara who had no idea what Kathy & I discussed. She was very accommodating and took good care of me, but it's worth mentioning.
I'm also planning my wedding in 3 months so I am super busy and don't like that I have to make another appointment to go down
Does anyone know if they set up the decorations for you?

Im getting married there next May 20th! So excited. Couldnt be happier with the place. Its absolutely beautiful! The only thing I am torn about is whether or not to have the cocktail hr indoors out outdoors....the room upstairs is gorgeous but I also love the idea of the outdoor patio! HELP!

I just got the invitation too!! If it's anything like their winter showcase I'm super excited. They had a full cocktail hr upstairs, I was in heaven!
