The joke was on us
Just thought i'd share...
I have a co-worker who has been dating his g/f for 14years. We keep nagging him on when he's gonna get engaged and his reply is 'never'.
Well before he left work yesterday he sent an email saying he got engaged. of course we were all like 'hahaha April Fools'
It turns out! He really did get engaged yesterday morning. He woke her up at 5:30am to 'look at something' and popped the question before he came to work.
Everyone he told though he was joking!!! Typical April Fools prank to play. I thought this was one of the funniest days to propose (no offense to anyone) but it does fit his personality 100% b/c he can say 'I told you I was engaged, you just didn't believe me'. Even their parents questioned it!
