Apparently after a night of drinking, a 21 year old and his 23 year old friend were driving home. He lost control of his truck, hit a telephone poll, ejecting his friend half way out the passenger window. The friend was decapitated. He continued to drive 7-8 miles home with the body in the car (minus the head which was on the side of the road). He then proceeds to go into his home, covered in blood, and passes out.
Sheesh...what is WRONG with people???
