The menu.. very serious

We're having a meat.. a chicken and seafood as the main entrees.. I think they allow us one more choice too....

Whatever the case...

Franks in a blanket are on must.
Ah, yeah.

Okay, I was just talking about this with FI.

I actually want (for me, I guess only, bec I am the bride) half the chicken dish and half the seafood dish. I am not a big red meat eater.

Do you think they would do that for me?

btrflygrl, what do you think, do you think TP would?

Definitely want to try and make sure that everyone has something to their tastes.. I was joking about the franks.. We're having them of course.. For whatever reason, they're synomous with wedding receptions.

Ta...I don't see why not....we are requesting to be served first so that we can get to some tables while everyone else eats.

Does your hall offer 2nds? If they offer seconds, u should choose another item.. They take my order for Chicken...but later on, i want beef and they will serve it.

Does this include your veggie choice?

on a serious note you should have a pasta dish or maybe eggplant for your vegetarian guests.

You sound like my dad! I think his favorite part about EMJC was that they serve full-size franks in a blanket during the cocktail hour! My mom thinks the full size ones are tacky...i personally think they're just yummy!

I didn't remember them having those! Was it an option or included??????

When we first visited EMJC, a wedding was going on and Shawn brought us samples - those being one of them. They are included if you want them!

I think a veggie one, if that is already given,,then a seafood & chicken would be great!!!!

What about duck?? We were offered that as a choice, but it freaked me out. Whenever I hear duck as an option, I think of the movie A Christmas Story, when they go to the chinese place for dinner and the duck is staring at them.

But anyway, FH wanted to get it because his father likes it.

But seriously, I would go with a vegetable dish for the people that don't eat meat!!
