in the ENTIRE UNIVERSE is in my office now....she's got one of those really high pitched voices and she's done nothing but b!tch and moan since she walked in the door...she actually reached across me to grab a yellow sticky off my desk...hello!! I'll pass it to you...she's sitting in the conference room, right near my desk so I can hear her...

Every office has one. We deal with an IDIOT on the phone on a daily basis.She calls us and then we pick up and she's talking to someone else & asks us to hold.

I had some lady yell at me that she was on the phone when i didnt answer her right away. she got me so annoyed i told her listen this person isnt here call back later and i hung up on her.

lol... i have a guy who has his phone on speaker and his door open....if you are going to be having a conference call on speaker phone, shouldnt you at least close the door??

when I was the receptionist at my old job and the phone would go crazy, sometimes I'd just pick it up and hang up right away...I know they always called back but it relieved a little tension at the time!

I do that now or i dont pick up the phone and i see how long they wait before they call back
one guy tried to tell me he was calling for 10 minutes and kept getting no answer. I said wow thats funny considering we have voice mail. He was also only calling for 5 minutes but as soon as he got the voice mail he would hang up and call back.

I have one behind me that speaks so fast she sounds like an auctioneer. If that isn't bad enough, her voice rises and falls to make what she's babbling about more dramatic....

She starts in with her 80mph jabber the second she walks in the door - I'm sorry but I want to stab someone that irritating at 8:30 in the morning!
She also has a 'ME' complex where every conversation has to come full circle back to her and her experiences, her life, etc. She's been dating this guy at work here for several years (everyone thinks he's a closet homosexual) and everytime someone gets engaged, she throws a tantrum because she wants it to be HER turn!
I have another one next to me that speaks to everyone in baby talk. She'll be on the phone with a client and you'll hear 'So did you want fax me the doosy woozie reportie now or later?'. ***?!?
AGGGGHHHH!!! The corporate world ****s! I really think I want to open up a shell jewelry stand on a beach somewhere.

everyone usually leaves me alone.
i wear my glasses to work and if someone i dont want talking to me starts to talk to me, i lower my glasses and look at them from above the rim and give them this look like do i care
they usually go away.
when the phone starts ringing like crazy, i hang up on people, i get very nasty, or i just let it ring and dont pick up. but thank goodness this doesnt happen often
i use to work with a girl who talked like an auctineer as well. and the more hyper she got the faster she talked. ahhh...i would just smile and nod my head at her.

Hehe when someone ticked me off, i would boot them off the computer. We work on a Unix system and i have the power to 'kill' users. So *oops* they get logged off!
I have one of those annoying women here that says the SAME freaking things everyday. 'You look thrilled to be here', 'yeah sure' (don't know what thats supposed to mean), 'you've got some nerve taking off' (EVERY TIME someone takes a vaca day). And theres more... Shes trying to be funny, but it doesn't work... I just want to tell her to SHUT UP!!! And she has this annoying fake laugh... and shes very manly. UGH she annoys me
