That's one of my big fears too, tho I don't know why since I don't get along with my current co-workers either, I'm just afraid that if I leave and go somewhere else it might actually be worse.
But it's not just a new job I'm after, I need to break into a whole new field; that's what really scares the crap out of me!!!!!!

Same story here. The people are nice though, because I have worked with several of them before. But my new manager has already been promoted so they will be naming our new manager in the next week or so. I am not worrying about it but it was a moment.
