I haven't watched GH in a while but since i was home today I watched it and finally saw the new carly...oh man she is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! ick!!! don't like here.

Yes, her avavatar cracks me up- I didn't know she could be so obstinant!
NuCarly is ok, --I think she is in the trying tohard phase. I am a little upset that Tamara Braun wasn't there for this story line about Michael , I think she wodl have done a good job with it, especially sinc e we are used to seeing how she normally is around Michael.
I do like to joke, however that the reasonMicahale is traumatized is because he came home after being kidnapped & all of a sudden he has a new mommy!

I hate it when you come back from being kidnapped and there is a different mom waiting for you!
And I also hate it when they run the message on the bottom of the screen, 'Carly will now be played by so and so...' I remember when they did that with AJ. I loved the last AJ. I haven't watched in years since the good ol' 9-5 gets in the way...

That is too funny
I think she's a horrible actress. Tamara Braun should have waited at least until the whole kidnapping storyline was over. The new Carly has no chemistry, emotion or ability to pull off the role of Carly for this story line

I think she's okay, but I also had a hard time adjusting to Tamara from the original Carly, so I guess it just takes getting used to.

They did a voice over every day for about a week. I record it on my DVR & watch it at night. 9-5 job be damned!

man I thought my ears were ringing today! like i said I hate the new carly she does not know how to act i think the old acrly was a 10X's better of a actress than this new one. Yes tourist i can be obstinant nmothing wrong with it!

yes, in the first thread we had abotuthis , on her first day, soem oen said she had man hands & was 'to big'
I agree, I tihnk she would have been better in a role like Alexis's ( although I love Nancy Lee Graham!)

She doesnt' bother me terribly, maybe b/c when I do get to watch GH it's while I'mdoing schoolwork and posting on LIW, so I'm not paying a whole lot of attention. I just don't think this new one is plays Carli's role with enough emotion.
I always find it difficult to get used to a replacement in my soaps, but eventually, we all adjust....except AJ - I still hate the new AJ, who hasn't been new in years!
