help! I don't know how to post anything like a cake or a picture of my dress from the internet. Can anyone help?

From the internet, right-click on the image and select 'Save picture as...', then give it a file name and save it somewhere you'll remember. Then to post it, look at the bottom of the reply box: it says 'Attach Images'. Put the cursor in the box, hit 'browse', and click on the name of your newly created file. Then you're done!
