the oar house in patchogue - I have some questions!

We are looking to have a small gathering (Rehearsal DInner) here with only about 25 people. I want to sit out on the water and the host confirmed I would be able to do so.

Has anyone ever done this?
How do they configure the tables?
Do I provide centerpieces?
Can I leave place cards and favors there for them to put out?
What bakery do they use for their cake(s)/desserts?

I have been to the Oar several times for lunch or dinner and all the outdoor seating is on the water, I would think that you would have to bring your own centerpieces and cake and I'm sure that they can set the table up however you like. To get a better answer to your questions I would think the best thing to do would be to ask them directly.
