I am drawing a blank...what is the usual % of guests that RSVP no? If im inviting 210 ppl how many should I expect to come realistically?

I'll be happy if 100% of the guests come

20% but that can change depending on the # or people you're inviting; how close you are to all those people (inviting only 100 close family & friends; almost everyone will come) and if there's a lot of out of towners.

20% is a rule of thumb but it can change depending on the composition of your guest list.
We have a lot of OOT guests and we don't expect most of them to travel, so we're expecting a 30% no rate.
ETA: 210 would probably yield you about 168 guests going by the rule.. but for example, our list is 252 and we think we're getting about 172

It depends on a lot. We are inviting over 350 but 200 of those are OOT business contacts, on a weekday no less. We expect (well, hope) that 75% of those will be no's and based on RSVP's so far it looks like we will be about 35-45% no's. (Thank GOD!)

They say like 20% but it doesn't always happen my friends wedding was last year and he had Not one no!!! He had over 300 guests! Amazing wedding tho!!
ok this would be problematic for me as I am inviting a little more than the max capacity! However we do have some out of towners that I know will be nos.
