Does anyone watch this new show? I think my DH is going to pass out from laughing so hard. I have never seen him laugh so much.
Now I on the other hand, don't really like it.

Well, he's the first person I've heard of that finds the show funny. I personally thought the show was horse manure, but that's just me. I guess it's just not for my sense of humor.

Horse manure!! LMAO Yeah that accurately describes how I feel about it.. it was awful and I didn't laugh once
Actually there is an entire LIWs group of ladies here who all tortured ourselves by watching the premiere together .. what we like to call 'the 30 longest minutes of our lives'

I feel the same way as you ladies. That is why I am on the PC and he is in the other room watching, lol. He did say that the English version is better. He TIVO'd a marathon on the BBC last week.

I actually like the show but then again I'm in HR so I find the humor in these things.
I especially liked the first one since we are currently going through restructuring where I work. I've seen the UK version and it;s funny but I like this better.
FH hates the show of course.

I didn't like the pilot, but I really liked the last two episodes. It's just my kind of humor I guess.

DH and I watched it thinking it would be similar to Office Space and we hated it. It was way too overdone and didn't seem realistic.

A friend reccomended it, but I didn't find it amusing at all.
I think it's one of those shows that you either love, or hate. No inbetween.

I refuse to watch it because I LOVED the real one so much. American tv always tries to copy the hysterical British shows and they never get it right

Ugh..I thought it was painful. I REALLY liked the British version and I totally agree that they ruin the shows they try to bring over to this side of the pond. And I feel like they tried to dumb it down so much that all the subtle humor is gone. I selfishly bought my FH the British one on DVD and have to console myself by watching it over and over again!
