I decided to make a thread dedicated to those times when we are in our two week waiting period. I don't know about you ladies, but this is the most agonizing part of the month for me. Aunt Flo is due on Thursday, I have no patience though and took an HPT this morning only for it to come out negative. I won't give up completly though until the hag rears her ugly head. Anyone else in this wait period with me?

I am...AF is due next week sometime, if I go by the schedule I was on when on the pill....so who knows....may be late, may be early....
not really TTC yet...but we were careless during the 'hot zone' last week....

Thanks for you support...I have been quite level headed through this for a while. If we dont get preggo this cycle then we are now trying for over a year...for some reason this has me freaking out. I just didn't think I was going to be a person who took longer then a year..maybe it was stupid of me to think that (maybe?? umm yea probably!) but my emotions are very out of whack about this. Plenty of poeple have told me that when you stop trying and relax it will happen, i just feel like we have been relaxed and laid back about it the whole time. I want to scream at say
'WHEN WILL IT BE MY TURN??'

Oh honey...my best friend tried for about 3 years...had 3 surgeries and THEN got pregnant!!! She had cysts and then when they went in for that they found VERY BAD endometriosis..which they did a surgery on. Then it took about another 6-9 months for her to conceive. When her daughter was 10 months old, the endo started to come back...they tried for #2 and it worked on the first shot. But the month she got pregnant, she had said if they didn't, they were going for drugs or IVF.

Try not to stress out too much. That can't be good for the TCC process.
Are you charting or using a fertility monitor?
I'm getting frustrated too but i shouldn't be...we've only been tryng since Jan. I'm just too impatient!
OK - I am in the 2ww now! Took the ovulation test (pee on a stick) this morning and I had 2 lines - I didn't think I was going to be ovulating till our HM, but that's OK - we did the baby dance last night and will tonight too Wish us luck

As of yesterday, I am officially on the the two week wait. I hope I don't drive myself crazy like I did last month. I was 8 days late last time!

I'm still waiting..... my best friend said that her HPT was negative the first time, and then when she went in for a surgery and they did a blood test, that was negative too!! A week after that she got her BFP...and they didn't have 'relations' in that 1 week!!!
