so my cold pizza is a sort of taco dip, and it's not bad for you either, the only problem with it is that when you start eating it you can't stop

Is this the dip with cream cheese on the bottom then ragu pizza sauce, and then shredded cheese on top. YOu bake til the top gets melty!

That is my favorite!!!!!!!!

nope it's a cold dip - with cream cheese & chili sauce - i'll post it

ok so this is how it goes:

1 Orange Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 bunch of scallions
1-2 tomatoes
1 brick of Philly Cream Cheese (get fat free-no one will know!)
1 jar of heinz chili sauce (it's not spicy at all)
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
(again get the low fat stuff)

you're going to chop all the peppers and scallions and tomatoes into small pieces (diced)

on a flat round pizza pan let the cream cheese soften - after it softens spread it around the pan like the crust of a pizza
pour about 3/4 of the jar of chili sauce on the cream cheese and spread it around like the sauce on a pizza - make sure you leave a white edge of the cream cheese showing like a crust (for presentation!)
put a thin layer of the chedder cheese on top of that.
then just layer the rest of the ingredients- save some of the scallions though
topping it off with a nice layer of the mozzarella cheese and some scallions to garnish

and that's it - serve with tostitos - people can just use the chips to scoop it up IT'S DELICIOUS!!!
