I was floored when I actually went there. My fiancee and sister went on the first round of reception halls and I went when she narrowed it down. My mouth was wide open and I had a BIG grin on my face.

I'm getting married there and was trying to get together a list for everyone. It's hard to find reviews when most people don't put Flowerfield in the Post heading. I only found one.

Did anyone have a day wedding?
We are having one and have extended the cocktail our for another 30 min. so we can take pics.

Who did everyone work with?
We love Meaghan

Thanks for everyones time and effort to help others. We are all in the same boat or have taken that cruise.

You must have the pork chops. I know when you think of pork chops you're like ehhhh ok add some apple sauce. The ones they make are awesome. We are going with it for our menu. Not too impressed with the chicken dish. Tasted like over boiled chicken . No taste just substance. Maybe yours will taste better. Remember to take pictures. We forgot and just devoured each and shared. Bring someone who knows food and wine and you will be fine.

Yes the responses are coming in each day. Everyone loved our invites too. I am getting excited. Thanks for the good advice regarding the shoes. How did your pictures come out? Did you have your meeting with Meghan to finalize the menu? We have to do that still.

I can't believe how close it is!!!!

When are you leaving for Fiji? I am going to want to hear all the details and see pics of your wedding day.

I can't believe I missed this thread!! I'm getting married at Flowerfield in 2 months!! 10/22, but during the day (I know another bride on here is also 10/22, but at night).
We went to the food tasting and it was great. We have our final appointment at the end of this month. Oh, and I'm sending out the invites today. Yeah!!

I am getting married there 6/24/06 please add me on. My brother got married there 2 years ago i was the one to drop of the money the day before his wedding and the place just took my breath away. My family still can't stop talking about how great the food was. They also cater to all the brides needs. I love it.

We've been getting our responses in this past week. Average of one a day so far. I can't wait. Everyone loves the invitations. Our friend doesn't want to send back the response card so she can keep it all together. We'll give her an extra one later.

How's everyone's planning going? I don't know how you all find time to be on here as much as some of you are with it being so close to your dates.

Flowerfield is so great. Everyday since our wedding I have turned to DH and said 'flowerfield is the greatest place to get married' and he agrees! So perfect!

these were ours
our wedding colors were black, pink and white

During our engagement pics we took a pic and held up a sign that said please take your seat and then put it in a frame behind the placecards and the table numbers were us holding the numbers for each table
