Hmm 225 is usually the minimum, but we got ours down to 200, so I hope 225 isn't the max I guess that wouldn't make sense right?

I don't know... I could have heard wrong. I don't know that it is much bigger than the dome room and for the dome room, I had to guarantee 200 but he said it could fit I think 250 or 275, which I think is nuts. People would be so jammed in. I could be mistaken about the max, sorry if I am!

We're prob inviting 250-260 and will end up with like 225 so I'm not too concerned I just want to make sure we do not invite over the max.

Yup, that makes sense! Maybe call and double check because I def. could have heard him wrong when he said 225. He might have said the minimum.

I just called and the manager said 300, but that seems like a lot I don't know if I believe him lol someone else call haha.

WOW!!! 300 is a lot of people for that room! I can't imagine!!! Good thing you called because I was wrong - it must have been 225 as the minimum. Sorry for the mixup ladies!!!!

Wow I havent been able to post until now! JT was sooo crazy last night! We couldn't even find parking in the lot! Lol Anyways the food was great and the rooms all looked awesome. The Penthouse room is coming along nicely!! I have question about the number of people to invite.... if you have to guarantee a min. of 200....how many people do you think is a good amount to invite?

I don't, sorry but I have seen them in person. They are just a standard menu so nothing overly special. I am doing my own because I didn't care for theirs and wanted to add the personal touch.

I know!!! I thought the food wasexcellent and I was very happy! We had to park around the block - I was shocked! And the line to get food, wow! It moved quickly but I was just surprised at how many people. I asked Rob how many people came and he said prob. about 1400 people went through. Crazy!!!! My min. is 200 and I have 235 people on my list. We might be under a few or even over a few but it will work out.

Yea we have about 230 on our list ...its weird cuz we don't really want to have more than 200 people but it would suck if only 170 came and then we were paying for all those extra plates!!!

oh my gosh, yes that would suck. We are in the same boat as you so fingers crossed for both of us that we will be close to the 200 mark! I am not too worried because I have seen girls on here who received extras such as the martini bar when they were under their number. Hopefully, they will do that for us too if worse comes to worse. I wouldn't mind the martini bar or even the shrimp cocktail.

Hello ladies, I am finally able back to post again. Missed all the convo from last night.

As far as the Penthouse room, I was told when I first booked it could hold apporx 275 people. I am guaranteeing a minimum of 200 although I was told ladies booking now will have to guarantee 225.

I personally wouldn't have more that 240-250 in that room. It can get pretty tight.

And by the way the food was great as usual and I am really loving the fried cauliflower.
