I noticed there were tons of questions flying around about the Surf Club in New Rochelle, so lets all help each other!

Hey girls quick question: when are we suppose to drop off everything at the surf club for the ceremony and reception? Like our toasting flutes and stuff? My Fh says when we make final payment 2 weeks before, but can we go up the week of and do it?

Re: The Official Surf Club Thread

The drop off can be done the week off...

So they don't supply table numbers??

Is it reasonable what they charge to print the Guest Menu's??

Re: The Official Surf Club Thread

Hello everyone,

I have an appointment on Thursday to sign my contract with Jaime.

Can you think of anything that must/should be included in the contract but most people don't think of at the time? I really don't want any surprises.

Thanks!

Re: The Official Surf Club Thread

anyone know what they do if you can't meet your min?

Re: The Official Surf Club Thread

Im pretty sure they usually charge you for what your minimum is, regardless if you make your minimum. My friend got married at VIP and she had a minimum of 200 and she only had about 170 and they still charged her for 200 people..... It stinks, but talk to them and see what they can do!!! Good luck!

sandra- i have their cake options in my email, i will forward to you, but don't even bother

just bring a picture of what you want to chris and then go to have a tasting with sweet lisa's and bring the pic also, they will do whatever you want and unless its extravagant it won't cost extra

they are the NICEST people ever
