I don't know that I've ever been there for low tide but I've been a handful of times at different times of the day and I never smelled anything.

When i visited OFC it was low tide and there was no small. But it was also January, so IDK if that makes a difference.

thanks girls. I'm concerned about this because when i went yesterday, the new manager matt told me it was low tide and there was no smell, but I later looked up the low tide times online and that time was actually high tide.

I live down the road from there and sometimes when I've gone to the beach with my dog or whatever the low tide has been an issue. Also I've smelled the horses down there too from time to time.. it's generally on very humid days that were low tide.

Matt & Mike both told me that wasn't an issue at all, it was a major concern to me.
The horses are a bit further down the road so I don't think that will be an issue for you either.

So Mike is no longer at OFC! That was short lived. I was supposed to get back to Mike regarding something we requested and just spoke with Mary who didn't know about it. I just felt like I'm back at square one negotiating a contract - sort of annoying. I wish we could just deal with one person.

I KNOW! I'm a little annoyed that I've explained the same thing to 3 different people now. I wish someone would have made a note. I'm sure by the time Sept. comes we'll be introduced to some more, lol!

I am getting married tomorrow and called last week to confirm different things.
This is when I found out that Matt wasn't there.
I had previously met with Matt and he has everything under control.
He has been very accommodating and sweet. I talked to him on the phone for 45 minutes the other day and there is little that he says no to.
I am printing up detailed instructions as to what needs to be done where and when.

There will be music and great food in a beautiful location...really who cares about the other bs.

This coming from a girl who has: candy bar, flip flop basket, kodaksharegallery tags, printed menus, programs, fans, bubbles, huge card box, bathroom basket, channa plaque, cigar roller, percussions, saxophonist.................
