my cousins moved down to Franklin TN...right outside of Nashville, with thier wives and children and they got HUGE houses for 1/2 of what they sold thier houses here on LI'!!!

A friend of mine just had a brand new 3 bedroom house built in Kentucky in a community with a pool, tennis courts, etc. for $115,000!!!! Of course, you'd have to live in Kentucky, but it is enticing.
