we just went to check out their party bus for our wedding but they were unprofessional..has anyone used them or heard of them? i need some feedback.
how were they unprofessional? I was thinking of calling them
they gave me an initial date to come in to see the bus and then the bus wasnt there. when we went into the office they seemed relucant and agitated to help us. they got a bus washer who did not speak english to show us the bus. the bus washer tried to get the lights and music to work after we had to request it. he couldnt get it to work. we went back into the office they told us to wait 10 min for the bus generator to kick in. we went back out by ourselves 10mins later. things were still not functioning. when we went back inside again they said to come back on a wednesday and that people were probably abusing the bus the past wkend. they said they fix the buses by wednesday. in addition, no one wanted to help. one person actually said they were preparing a presentation and they were in the parking lot smoking. there was no customer service and no presentation. very upsetting. imagine if something went wrong the day of your wedding.. i doubt they would be helpful. extremely unprofessional.
