Hello there all, I am new to this website and was wondering if you guys can help clear up some of my wedding day fears. I have booked the SAND CASTLE for my wedding on MAY 16th, 2008. Can you all please inform me of the pros and cons of this venue (fellow bride to fellow bride)? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to many weddings/baptisms at the Sand Castle. The rooms are really nice, I remember my friends wedding, her room was enormous and the decor was very pretty. The food is also an enormous selection. All good things about it, dont worry about nothing, besides dont they give you a free trip to Greece when you book with them, lololol, thats really nice

well.. i went to sand castle,a friend of mine had her wedding there
the pluses.. the upstairs room has the lifting throne thingy for u to do u'r entrance through..
the cons.. that room has a low maximum.. doesn't hold a lot of people
the pros- they give seconds on the food and it's delicious
the cons- u have to book a certain package in order to get the free honeymoon
that's bout all i got.. as far as pros and cons.. and the cons are really logistic things not quality things..
so... HAVE FUN!! enjoy!! and don' second guess u'rself.. u'll drive u'r self crazy if u do..

My cousin's wedding was there. Cocktail hour was outrageous, but she had all the extras (raw bar, sushi, etc.). One of the rooms is also HUGE and great for big weddings.

I havent had any major problems with the sand castle and they are so amazing about helping !!! I love it there and I love that every time I call now they are more then willing to help!!!

07 crashing FH and I went to look at the hall - In my opinion, the positives would be that they give you: *alot of great food for a reasonable price *have a beautiful outdoor area for pics *lobby is gorgeous too. *They also offer a trip to Greece!
the one thing we were'nt crazy about was the decor in this one room we would have been in - it was all castles and knights - but i guess thats why its called the sandCASTLE, right? All the other rooms were beautiful though
