The ring....

just watched the ring.. so freaked out I would not let my fiance take me home.. after the credits they show extra footage... I dont think itwould have been soo bad except a couple of the shots were very gory

So do you recommend it? I have heard from a few people....including another thread here awhile ago, that it's really scary. I haven't been scared by a movie in awhile.

BTW, am I the only person that was scared by the Blair Witch Project? Not the whole movie but the very end? Creepy.

I was SCARED TO DEATH too!!!!!!! I watched it again the other night on pay-perview (bad idea)...hubby was downstairs in the bedroom, and I got totally freaked out. I am telling you girls that the TV flickered AFTER the movie...so I RAN downstairs, woke hubby up, and told him that if he wants any of the lights shut off in the house, don't ask me, cause I wasn't moving!!!!!!!!!!

I was actaully laughing while I was watching the movie, but ever since i saw it I've been scared to death of it. Its on previews now on a movie station on my tv and every time it comes on i have to search for the remote to turn it off.

Once I was upstate visiting relatives and they have a high loft in the room where I sleep - and hubby and i got to the house before anyone was there and went up to set up our bed..... and we looked at the loft and there was a ladder leaning against it and and ROCKING CHAIR on the top. I FREAKED out and was almost in tears!!!

that movie was soooooo scary. i will never watch it agin. i thought the blair witch was scary too, especially at the end.

my FI said ' I would recommend I guess if you like being terrified'(says tough hockey player)...
in the locker room there were some big tough guys.. they told stories.. some of them disconnected their vcrs & tvs....
I was freaked out yesterday but i stayed over FI house, and now I dont feel scared(the next day)...

So... Id recommend it.. If you rent it.. there is extra footage to watch after all the credits play!

My FH and I have been meaning to watch The Ring. Hmmm...maybe tomorrow night.

I have to say though, I was completely disappointed with the Blair Witch Project. I kept waiting for a 'scary part' and when it got to the end, I actually yelled out 'That's it!?! That's the end!?!'

I just recently watched it myself. I actually watched it twice because I'm an idiot and didn't understand the ending the first time. I definetely was weirded out. I was relieved when I saw the young girl receive an MTV movie award for best villan. I felt better after that because her acceptance speech was real cute but she was real scary in that movie!!! For those who have not seen this move it is a MUST SEE at night of course :o)

ok...we just watched it last night...I wasn't as freaked or scared as I thought I would be...but get this:

1/2 through the movie...the phone rings...I yell at DH 'DO NOT ANSWER THAT - LET THE MACHINE PICK UP!!' but he picks it up anyway...so its a wrong number...that was a little freaky..

we also watched the origianl Japanese version (combo pack on OnDemand) and I thought it was much better....
