The Royalton is SO helpful!!!! I cant wait to get married there!
I just had to post this because I have been so impressed with the Royalton so far and I still have 4 months till my wedding!!!
I recently had an issue with getting a limo from someplace that was highly recommended. I emailed Michael to ask his opinion about whether the place was worth the aggrevation since it had such a great reputation or should we just use another company. I told him the story about what happened and just asked that he get back to me.
Then I left for lunch and while I was out, I get a call from the limo place. They were so aplogetic and wanted to know what they could do to make everything better and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and happy.
Well, when I get back to the office, I see the response from Michael to my email just letting me know that the company was infact a very good, reliable company and that I should be expecting a call from them. He also said if we have any other trouble to let him know and he would take care of it.
I dont know any place else that goes above and beyond like the Royalton does. They have taken every measure to make sure I am confortable in my decisions and we are well taken care of.
I would recommend to ANYONE looking for a place for their reception- The Royalton is IT...you dont get any better!!!!!
