It would take a WHOLE LOT of begging and pleading for me to talk to her, let alone say 'we're just postponing it!'

He must be on sedatives still. Let's hope he changes his mind when he's not on them.

Maybe he is going to go through with it just so he can leave her at the alter.

Re: The runaway brides FH
i like the fact that they are living together in a platonic relationship...the whole thing is weird to me...but they are very religious so who knows. Her eyes tell the whole story if you ask me...

I don't really know what to thnk about that----
a quote that was in Newsday said that the FH said that it doesn't matter that they didn't say 'i do' in front of 500 people - he makde his commitment before God that day he gave her the ring...
He is very forgiving, and I don't know all the facts of the situation, but if I was him, I would live in fear. She ran once, she could very easily decide to run again.
I also read somewhere that she purchased the bus ticket to Vegas a week in advance --- did anyone else read that!??!

Re: The runaway brides FH
the whole thing is crazy b/c if that happened to me, i'd be out of there...plus the fact that she put him and her family thru so much - accusing him, the lie detector tests, the thought that she was out there missing/dead -- he needs to reevaluate what he wants...but again they are very religious and maybe he feels like he has to.
