Anyone read this? I have been feeling like a fat a$$ so I just picked it up from B&N to get perspective before Spring and Summer comes and it's too late
Any of you ladies read this?

I did....I luv meat too much so I couldn't do their plan. I'm all for trying to eat healthy, but it was toooooo much for me.

Re: The Skinny B!tch book!
i read it. i thought it had some good info in it but it was a little too over the top for me too. plus, i don't want to give up meat either. also, something that really bothered me about it was the derogatory language they used about being fat. as somebody who has been overweight most of my life, it felt slightly insulting.
i know it's had a positive impact on a lot of people it just wasn't my cup of tea :)

I read it and I cut out some of the things that they suggested but I really love meat too much to make it work- but the book is hysterical

Yeah I got some laughs out of it....Definitely a PRO vegan book, and could be viewed as derogatory against overweight people, so beware.

Ugh one of my best friends hasn't eaten meat in 4 months because of this book.
I'm a meatatarian, so I can't read it.

Re: The Skinny B!tch book!
A few of my friends were talking about this book last week at dinner (lol, we were eating bison and steak). I dont' think I can read it though....one gal started to talk about how she read the animals are treated before they are well, made into the meat we eat, and I had to stop her from completing her sentence...I love animals and cannot bear hearing about that. I went home and gave a donation to the ASPCA after dinner. All along I thought it was a fiction novel...haha.

I posted a review on this book on the Story Board. It really does support a sugar free and vegan lifestyle. I had trouble drinking milk and eating meat after I was done.

I did... and because of the book I went vegan.... organic vegan.... LOL....for 2 weeks.
I was really hard and I couldnt keep to it. The book made me cry sooo hard when I was on the chapter about the animals. I did cut out some stuff and lost a few pounds.

I tried the diet for a month and it really worked. But only b/c you can barely eat anything if you follow their rules! After a month I was sick of starving whenever I went out to dinner or a party,

Once they told me to give up coffee and sip green tea instead I chucked it. There's no substitute for coffee for me!
