let me explain further.. to clarify...
last night one of my BM presented me with a little blue hoodie that says future Mrs. D..... so cute!!
anyway, we didn't know if I wore that to do my hair and makeup- does that count?

I got married without something blue
my garter had a blue ribbon on it but it kept sliding down my leg (it was too big). who thinks to try on a garter, you know?

i say use it in the garter. some girls who have things sewn inside the dress (like the cups of a bra inside a strapless dress) have the seamstress use blue thread--that way it's just on the inside.

I used one of my grandmother's blue handkerchiefs. We were very close. I pinned it to the inside of my dress.
I think the idea is to wear it while you are getting married.

Yes, that's what I've heard. My 'something blue' and my 'old' were the same. A pin my grandmother had was blue and it was old.
