The Stealth Slider... briefly noted

He just left for a week vacation. That's five whole business days of not hearing his simpering 'good mornings' or the pitter-patter of him scurrying around in stocking feet.
For all intents and purposes, he is no longer a pest. Be that as it may, he's beginning to greet me more often. I spend the first 30 minutes of each day biting my tongue and trying not to slap him.
Who knew I was in possession of such hostility... oh wait, I did. Now leave me alone, @sshat.

Vacation?? Why does he need a week's vacation? It doesn't sound like he ever does any work...

Felicia, I know you were! I had to take a break from the boards. Everyone was getting way too earnest with the elections... it was really depressing on here for a while!

But now I'm over myself! And Slider-free for t-minus 4 days, 21 hours 27 minutes...
