Ok, I'm not totally sure I got it from the stress from my planning but W T F!!!! I just got back from the doctor and I am still in shock! I haven't even been stressed about the planning lately but I was realllllly stressed a few weeks ago so that probably triggered it.

this happened to me last year. it was right before the school semester ended and i had been really stressed a few weeks prior. i never even had gotten chicken pox before so it freaked me out. i did not even know 19 year olds could get shingles!
