The Sweetest Thing...

I just wanted to share how sweet my fiance is.
Last weekend we had our engagement party...he had asked me if we were supposed to get each other gifts, but I said no, I didn't think so. Well, the night before the party we were out getting ice cream and right before we were about todrive out of the parking lot he told me that he had a present for me in the glove compartment. I looked and insie ws a ring that he'd had made for me.
You see, when I was 13, my grandmother gave me a beautiful antique gold ring with a light blue topaz in it that she had gotten from her mother. I had the ring for years and wore it often. One day, I noticed that the stone had fallen out, so I kept the setting, thinking someday I coud use it for something.
After we had been dating for a little while, I showed itto my fiance for some reason and he asked if he could have it. I said sure. He's kept it ever since, just waiting for the perfect opportunity to create something beautiful out of it for me. He had a beautiful London blue topaz put into the ring for me becuse he knew the original stone had been blue.
Is he wonderful or what?
