They have been there before a few times recording. The show is finally airing tomorrow.
I am so nervous. The company I work for is a start up company. We are still run by investors. We make skin care products, but we are very different from traditional skin care companies because our products are customized for each person. We rely on the media for advertising ( I guess because of lack of money). When the newspaper or a news station does a report on us our sales dramatically increase... I mean Quadruple! The Today show is a very big deal because it is National. So far the news we have been on is small local stations so this is very big for us. And since I am in charge of inventory of raw materials, purchasing, QC, QA, and production I am a little worried.

They might have interviewed the Pres. but thats about it. The first shot of me is behind a reporter mixing a cream in a beaker with a spatula (NOT THE WAY THINGS ARE DONE - ACTING). The next shot of me is doing calculations on a calculator (How cheesy) and then using a computer with an example of the skin reports we get for people. I don't know if they are using any of these scenes or not.

No we wouldn't know. Most of the footage they shot at the lab was called 'B Roll' I guess they have someone speaking and play clips of what they recorded while someone speaks? So far on the news the reports have been 50/50.

Yes I do! But honestly I don't like it. The stuff we make is really for problem skin. If your skin is really dry and really wrinkled it is awesome. Older women love us.
I make my own creations for myself. I put glitter in everything and make it smell like strawberries.

You said it will be on 6/9's Today show? I will check it out. I do understand what you are saying about reporters 'jazzing' up the setting by making the job look more interesting. News 12 did that when they came to interview us.
