I have a new job!!!!
I was hired today as a social worker for the state!! I am getting a significant payraise and they will work with my hectic schedule. This means that I will only be working 2 night late and will finally have Thursday nights free. They are also aware that I am getting married and will need 2 weeks in Jan. I never thought this would happen, especially since this job just fell in my lap. Now we gotta get John outta here.
I haven't told my boss yet... she's not in today and I am nervous. She is going to be PISSED and will probably take it out on John. I plan on telling my supervisor tonight since she isn't in tomorrow.
Wish me luck ladies...

Thanks ladies! I walked in all ready to tell my boss and she is in a meeting and is leaving early...it's so frustrating! I just want to get it over with so I can enjoy my week off next week.
She's gonna be PISSED!!

Ok, so I officially resigned. I am upset because I know she already knew. My supervisor, who I told last night, must have called her to give her the 411. She did not say she was happy for me, but stated that 'If that's what you have to do, then I won't stand in your way.' WHATEVER.... I am OFFICALLY outta here!

Holly, Just think, only 4 weeks ! Then it's over..When I resigned at my last job, my boss (Colleen-ask Pat about her), told me 'i think you are making the worst mistake of your life, im the best teacher', lol. I gave her 3 weeks notice, and I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there...COUNTDOWN THE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!
