The Wedding Center

What are your thoughts on The Wedding Center? Trying to decide if I should go through each Vendor or go through them! Has anyone used them?

Went to the wedding center and they are bunch of bitches!!!! they have no idea what good customer service is. Go to wedding world its in commack also

my advice to you is.... please go to Wedding World in commack... its a 1,000 times better!!! and nicer!

Does Wedding world have a website? I got a whole package in the mail from wedding center with prices and what packages include.

I wouldn't use them. I've heard a lot of people say that they had trouble reaching a lot of the vendors. I saw the prices that they list for their packages....if something seems to good to be true, it probably is. If u use them, it's like you are dealing with all sub-contracted vendors instead of you hand-picking each vendor yourself.

yea i believe they do have a website.. but it really is sooo much better!! i actually got my dress from helen's bridal.. which is in the wedding world building!! i loveeeee the service and it really was a pleasure working with them. plus you get $100 off your dress.

We used the Wedding Center and had a great experience!!!!!!! Many brides on here don't like them because when you are there they don't kiss your butt. I can tell you that my butt WAS kissed on my wedding day and that's what mattered to me. If you want to spend thousands more for someone to spray sunshine up your butt, then so be it.

However, don't get your dress altered there. That dept isn't right.

well my bad experience wasn't because they didn't kiss my butt (I didn't even want that) but that they put my invitations to ORDER without my signature approval or confirmation and THEN acted like they didn't do anything wrong.

i in fact legitimately wanted to revise a proof and when it didnt happen, i called to ask what was going on and they said that I approved the proof and it went to the printer.. i was soooo PISSED....and when i countered them and said that how can they do that without a signature, they said i agreed 'verbally' which I DID NOT...

this is in addition to saying that the card i selected didn't have a discount (the lady said it did) AND then 1 week later saying the font i selected was extra as well!!! her excuse was 'i didn't know.' hello this is your business..haven't you worked in this department for years?

so that is my experience...if there are ppl who want to get service, yes i agree they aren't known for that, but don't go around lying..and then making me feel like crap.
