What are your thoughts on this place:good, bad, stories, issues, etc...THey have the BM dress that we are ordering the cheapest, so I am thinking of ordering from them.
Any info would be helpful. thanks

Just don't get alterations done there
Have you called Burton's? They may pricematch for you.
Or Phyllis @ gownfind?

I don't like them, their dress selection is good but their customer service is horrible. I went there shopping for my bro's wedding a few years ago and didn't like them. For my BMs I decided to give them another try. There were 4 of us in there and no one offered any help, we were pretty much on our own. And it's not like they were busy at the time. PLUS while we were there one of the girls was on the phone arguing with another bride. They might have good prices but IMO it's not worth it.
Try Helen's in Commack, also low prices and much better customer service! Good luck!!

I've been to two bridal expos that featured a fashion show from the wedding center. both times, they badmouthed other bridal shops. I thought that was very unprofessional, and personally, made me not like them at all.

Only listen to people that went there for their weddings. Many people have strong opinions on this place because they don't like the feel of it. They want champagne when they visit wedding places and rant about those that don't give it.
I have my entire package through them and everything we've received, so far, is going well. I almost bought my gowns there, but I found them cheaper on houseofbrides.com
Do not get your alterations there!!!!

My BM's got their dresses there. No complaints except for the fact that it is always so doggon crowded in there. I dont think we will be doing alterations there though.

My cousin was very happy with TWC (she got her invites, MOB, and BM's dresses there b/c they had the best prices for those particular things) But, she got her gown at Burton's b/c it happened to be cheaper there and loved that place too. So, she had great experiences with both places. I am using Burton's for my gown and my BM's dresses b/c they included alterations for the BM's (which I bargained with them for b/c that's how I am!!). I have found them to be really great to work with so far. When I talked to TWC on the phone they were very helpful too but Burton's was just a better deal for me. So, either way, I have good things to say about both from experience. FYI...when they give you the discount price quote you can still talk them down AND try to talk them into things (free alterations, no tax added if paying with cash, etc). Try to make a deal with them, it works!

I got my BM and MOB dress there because they were the cheapest! We didn't do alterations there though because we had a friend do it.
I would recommend it for their prices

They have a lot of BM dresses, and I think if they don't have it they an get it. It can be a little overwhelming if this is your first time looking

I heard a lot of mixed reviews, but I got my wedding gown there and had a good experience.
