Went to the expo last night in Ronkonkoma and they were the big sponsor. Has anyone ever gone to them? Are they as great as they claim they are??

my personal experience with them was bad.. a real waste of time... do a search and u will see the reviews.. check out helens bridal in commack.. liz is great..

My experiences have been phenomenal. Every time I've gone their I've had many woman helping me out. When they are slow you get really good personal attention.

There are some good reviews & some bad. So far I have not a bad workd to say , I ordered my gown from there & also the monogram toppers & they were great to work with.
The gown area, there is alot of older woman , who need to be more lively , but they know their stuff. So far ive ben very happy,,

I had gone in to look at bridesmaid dresses, as my sister and I were standing there the sales women were talking about the people who just left. My sister and I looked at eachother and said what are they going to say about us! I had girls try on dresses there and ordered them through gownfind, cheaper!

they do indeed have the best prices but the customer service is terrible. they are very rude and very insensitive. yeah it sux. they are at least $50 cheaper than anywhere else. so go find something somewhere and see if they have it. then just buy it and leave.

it depends on what u want to use there. i've heard bad things about dress buying for BM dresses and gowns. (but good prices) the alterations can be a headache also from other bride's stories.
but if you are considering them for their services like photo, video ,etc. i am using a package from them. FH and i are on such a tight budget, we went to them. so far, our experience has been great. we used them for our invites and they came out fantastic, fast to ship, and we even got extras. i believe waterspout4 used the same package i did in april, and she said she thought they did great.

Honestly, I have heard mixed. My friend said they were good and my sister hated them every step of the way.

I also had a great experience with them.. I didn't have a pkg, but used many of their services with excellent results and very good customer service...just stay away from the alterations there! Also totally avoid the place on Saturdays!

I found them to be rude and insensitive as well. I didn't even care that they had cheap prices. I would not buy from there if someone paid me!!

agreed!! but would also add to go on a weeknight...more attention and it is empty. ive always had a good experience with them and i went there about 3 times b4 i ordered.
