Could you ladies please post your reviews? FH and I are starting to buckle down and figure out exactly what we can afford and want to start planning ASAP!! I saw the package that they offer for $5999 that is like everything included minus the kitchen sink lmaoo and it sounds like a SUPER deal to me but I want your opinions before I book an apt with them. TIA!!!

i got 2 BM dresses there- 2 separate weddings i was in
i never had a bad experience...i can only speak for the BM dress dept tho...they were all very helpful, dresses came in no problems, prices were great
i will say i have heard nothing but bad reviews about them though, so i would be cautious and weight out other options as well!
remember when something seems too good to be true, it often is! and you often get what you pay for

Hi My profile is not fake, nor am I an employee or owner of the wedding center. I have just booked my wedding and have had two great experiences with them.... But, maybe they have listened to all the complaints and have made changes. The people I have dealt with were knowledgeable and professional.
noone actually accused you of being a fake profile but jumping the gun like that could make one only assume.. they were talking about another thread having fake profiles.

so just an update.. i went there yesterday with fh and spoke with rich... he was very nice showed us around the whole place showed us samples of their work and so forth. im still wary but im going there next week with my mom so ill see what she thinks... but again thanks ladies for your help!

one of my BM got her dress there and had no troubles at all
I believe it all depends on what you want....personally I would be hesitant to book any all-inclusive type package from one place. To me photography was most important so I wanted to know that I booked a professional photographer with a good reputation whose work i could see. i also wanted to meet with the photographer that would be shooting the wedding and not signing a contract and wondering who will show up that day. I also wanted a DJ that would keep people on the dance floor all night. Video and flowers were not as important to me so I would have booked with anyone. If you really arent particular about any of those vendors then it may be worth giving them a try (or any other company that offers those packages). think about what you really want and then determine the best way to go about it. personally i would shop around and find the vendors that specialize in that area and book separately....but again that is just me.
EDIT ok i take that back - i wouldnt consider them for a package...I did some google searches and they do not have the best reviews.... review 1 review 2 review 3review 4
there are a ton more...very few good, mostly bad - even though some are very old

that place is a dump and should be closed down, i dont know how they do business... i totally agree w what one girls said about how they have cheap dresses but rip you off for alterations.

the order ticket fine print says something like 'if you don't do alterations with us, you will have to pay a 'pressing charge''...what's that? anyone know how much that is per dress? I have to pick up 5 dresses and a gown

I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a Morilee dress, and this is one of the only places that may be able to order it for me ... but now I'm worried to go there! I talked to Cathy on the phone and she was very nice and helpful ... now I have mixed emotions!

Do what I did...Wedding Center had my dress. I went and tried it on there then ordered it thru RK Bridal. Though they don't have it, they can still order it!
Can I ask the style number/name? I love gawking at other dresses! :)
I haven't tried on ANY dresses yet, but I fell in love with this one and I want it to be the first one I try on. I'm kind of obsessed with it!!!

I have heard not so great things about them from a ton of people. I wouldn't risk it. It's stressful enough to plan a wedding. Good luck whatever you decide.....

HEAD FOR THE HILLS!! I went there and found a dress I loved! They said they will match anyones price so I called around and found it 100$ cheaper. I went there a second time and asked if they would match the price and they got the owner (who will try to sell you ANYTHING) and he called me a liar and said that they offer the cheapest prices. Then he takes a peice of paper out of his pocket and starts pretending to read it and says it says right here thats not the price they charge. I was like 'WHAT?!' it was seriously like being in the twilight zone lol if it seems to good to be true.. it is

I would proceed w caution, and seek out other alternatives just in case. I would rather spend a few more dollars then get stuck w bad customer service. Good Luck!
