i bought my dress from there. it hasn't come in yet, but when i was buying it, the customer service was great
I got a bridesmaid dress there for my friend's wedding May '06. They seemed nice and did a good job. The only thing that annoyed me was we had a train on the bridesmaid dresses, and the woman made my bustle really low, so I asked her to move it up because the dress was still dragging on the floor after it was bustled, and she was arguing (politely, not meanly) with me saying it was fine. So I kept insisting she change it, and finally she did. But it didn't hold well because FH stepped on my dress at one point and the bustle completely broke. Oh well! Anyway, overall, I found them to be good.
