Ebay has been a great source for a lot of our wedding needs. Lets share what we have gotten so far.

This info may also help other 2004 brides

So far I have gotten:
my bridal purse
2 white baskets for the church
throw away garter
purple rose things that tie around the bubbles

kissing bells (waste of money)

Tiara, and really cheap, (10 bucks for 300!) candy wrappers! I love them both!

Withthisring: No I didn't win the vellum I ended up getting frustrated and went through the 'Buy Now' Auction. I kept on getting outbid Oh well, but I still got the vellum
How are the auctions going? Did you win anything yet? Good Luck with the tulle...I can't believe how expensive it is

I got 10 yards of lavendar tulle including shipping and handling $3.25

I lost the auction for white tulle. I think that ended to be sold for $15.00

I am waiting for the auction to end on another white tulle and ivory tulle.

I love ebay.

I gave my mom my purse today and she liked it. I have it ziploc (thanks Jenn) and she thought it was so perfect for me. She said its so small and danty just like me

I couldn't believe the things that you have all bought on ebay. What a great idea! I never would have thought it. How did you go about doing your search? Did you search for specific things or is there a wedding category?

their is a wedding catagory, but i did it by specific things.

For example, bridal purse, or ivory money bag, tiara, etc....

Ladies, if you are using a money bag, try to get a large one. You will get alot of cards, and some people give you bigger cards.

I bought a unity candle set that was REALLY CHEAP, and of course it was damaged, and the seller wanted me to pay for another one to replace it. Not a good experience.

I almost forgot this, but I also bought my first wedding dress off of eBay! It was a beautiful Monique Luo couture gown with colored flowers, and the seller lived close enough that we met in person for her to give it to me! And she also let me have 10 days to decide, since she knew it was a big decision. It didn't quite fit, and there were alteratiosn I wanted made that were not possible, according to my FH's grandma, who's a seamstress, so I ended up returning it and got all of my $ back!
